PHOTO SUBMISSION for your stallions page
Requirements for photos:
| 2011 The entire book is in color - If your 2010 listing photo is still black and white please send new photo in color, please follow below directions; |
Photo and updating photos: we will need a high quality photo of your stallion sized approximately at: 4.125" high x 5.25" wide (width is not as critical as height) at 300 dpi or higher, in other terms; 1576 pixels wide or less pixels x 1237 pixels height *If your unsure about how to size, just remember, I'd rather receive a photo/file that is too large then too small. The photos this year will be in full color. Please no photo collages or text on photos (unless photographers mark) A single high quality photo of your horse is what we need to fit the format of the book.
| Sending us a photo that is not large enough or high enough resolution will result in your photo looking blurry and pixilated. Example: If I take the nice clear in focus small photo and try to make it big enough to fit the printing format you can see what happens: | |

| So remember send us your photos large! A good rule of thumb is if your file size is 1 meg (1000kb) or higher it is probably big enough anything under 500kb is probably going to be too small | |
Email photo's to: ohbsstallion@aol.com , please send/save as one of the following: TIF, high quality JPG, BMP, EPS or TGA. Stallion files/photos must be named with FULL REGISTERED NAME of the stallion. For example: Sempatico M must be named as SempaticoM10.jpg. other wise I can not tell who 012984587.jpg or trotbig.jpg is.
