Sandoncisco Stallions

The Oldenburg Horse Breeders' Society follows the very strict standards for licensing and approval of breeding stallions established by the Oldenburg Verband in Germany. The goal of the Verband/Society is to breed top horses for sport, and the stallions approved for breeding are a critical factor. Please click on the links below to learn more about the licensing and approval process, and be sure to browse through the directory and E-Book of licensed and approved stallions. We also encourage you to contact the Verband if you have any questions concerning your breeding plans. The North American director, Holly Simensen, or the Deputy Breeding Director of the Verband in Germany, Katrin Burger are both happy to assist you. Photo left is of the 3 yr. old Bundeschampionate gold medalist and auction record price breaking stallion, San Doncisco (Sandro Hit x St.Pr.St. Deluxe M (Donnerhall)). His granddam, Rosenfee is the dam of the successful Grand Prix stallion Sancisco (Sandro Hit). San Doncisco was bred by Elizabeth Muenstermann and was purchased by Sissi Max-Theurer of Gestuet Vorwerk. Photo by Jan Reumann
