- SEPTEMBER, 2007 - DIAMANTE FARM'S DON ANGELO WINS THE USEF/MERKEL DEVELOPING YOUNG HORSE CHAMPIONSHIP

- Don Angelo owned by Dick and Terri Kane of Diamante Farm in Wellington, Florida was superb at the USEF championships under Olympic rider, Michelle Gibson. The pair scored a 70% in the finals which secured the championship title. The 7 year old stallion sired by Don Larino and out of the dam, Elektina (Rubinstein I) was bred in Germany by Hartmut Janssen, and was sold at the Fall Elite Auction in 2004.
