MEMBERSHIP Full Annual Membership is required to present stallions and mares for inspection for breeding approval, for the registration of foals with the Oldenburg Horse Breeders' Society or Weser-Ems, and to participate in the Year End Awards Program. Dues: 2010 Dues are $65 per year if payment is received prior to November 30th, 2009. If dues are being paid after that date the amount will be $100. Please fill out the Membership Application Form below, and send your dues and the form to the North American OHBS Office.   TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: If you have recently purchased an Oldenburg horse, and wish to register the horse in your name, please fill out the Transfer of Ownership form below, and send the payment, form, and ORIGINAL Registration Papers & Passport to the North American OHBS Office.
