INSPECTIONS
 
To begin the process of registering your foal and/or approving your mare or stallion for breeding with the Oldenburg Horse Breeders' Society you must first join as an active member.  Please go to the Membership section of this website where you will find a form that you must fill out and send in with your dues to the main office immediately.
 
Once you have joined, you must sign up for and attend an Oldenburg Horse Breeders' Society inspection with your horse in order to present them for breeding licensing or approval, and/or register foals.  Please follow the links below to find the tour schedule, required forms, rules for foal registration, mare breeding approval, mare status achievement, and stallion breeding approval. There is also information on helping you to prepare and present your horse for the inspection under "Rules, Fees & Info". To sign up for an inspection please e-mail one of the following as is appropriate: Stallions@oldenburghorse.com, Mares@oldenburghorse.com, or Foals@oldenburghorse.com.
 
 
Stallion, Mare, and Foal Forms
In order to expedite the paperwork process at the inspections and to minimize typographical errors we would like everyone to please call the main office immediately to have the office fill out the Stallion, Mare, and/or Foal Forms for you on a typewriter. It is a three paged carbon form that must be filled out BEFORE the inspection. Once completed by the office, this form will then be sent to you directly so that you can review it, and make any necessary corrections before bringing it to the inspection with you. Please call 561-969-0709, and be sure to click on the "Required Forms" above page to have the necessary information available when you call, and to review all of the necessary forms and documents you will need in addition to these forms!
